Dear Valued Customers:
Due to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from 25th May 2018, we have updated our Privacy Policy.

What this means for you:
• Further protection of your personal data, and the ability to ask questions on how we process it;
• You can request to view our Privacy Policy, or the information we hold about you; and
• You can ask us to update, edit or delete the personal details we store about you.

How do we collect personal data from you?
• When you contact us by phone, email, post, fax, or social media;
• When you set up an account with us;
• When an order, purchase, or sales ticket is completed with your contact and/or delivery information;
• When we update our records with your new details;
• When you use or complete forms on our website;
• When you sign up, enter a competition, promotion or survey;
• Or when you inform us of any other matter.

How do we use your data?
• To provide you with products and services;
• To process orders that you have submitted to us;
• To help us identify you and any accounts you hold with us;
• To provide customer care, including responding to your requests and queries;
• To administer accounts, process payments and keep track of billing and payments;
• To make sure what you have told us is correct, to run a credit check, or for the purpose of debt recovery;
• To notify you about changes to our products, prices, services and online platforms;
• To provide you with information about products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, where you have consented to be contacted for such purposes; and
• For retention periods.

Without these details, it would be difficult to do business with you:
• Without your phone number, how could we call you to discuss your order?
• Without your address, where would we send your delivery to?
• Without your email address, you may have to wait longer for documents to arrive by post.
• Without your name, we may send your invoices to the wrong person or department!

We hope you can see that keeping this data makes for smoother communication and prompt service of your requirements.
But if you DO NOT want us to store your personal data please contact GEOFF KING.

We take your privacy seriously and look forward to continue serving your business. Thank you for choosing to keep your workplaces Ship-Shape ; )

Kind regards,

Geoff King (MD)
